[backend_allicon] Adds a replacement Edit Multiple Icon

Removes the confusing star icon for Edit Multiple and replaces it with a new icon that is more suitable (possibly will be included in future Contao releases, as the "star" icon will be re-used for the new Quick Feature Icon - like publish/unpublish icon - in News, Events, Calendar, FAQ, etc.). The original all.gif icon is also uploaded and preserved as all_backup.gif.

Acceptance of the ticket doesn't guarantee any implementation any time soon. It could be for 2 versions later.. LOL. Well 2.9.1 is gonna stay awhile anyway...
