Imageslider not working

Hi everybody,

I have installed Imageslider manually :
- upload files
- update database
- create module in the backoffice with several pictures

In the frontoffice, I see just one picture and no effect at all. Any idea please ?

I found the problem : it was a conflict with an other script !

I'm having the same issue with mine, but I installed via the backend through the extension manager. I have it all setup, it shows the first image where I want it, but it's not cycling through the images I've chosen.

I've setup the imageslider in the backend, the module, module placement via layout, I've set the parameters (5000 milliseconds to transition and 1000 milliseconds for the effect, effect from the top) but the image stays as the first one and not change to the next. I quadruple checked to make sure everything was correct... still no transitions. Any ideas?

Check on your page's code the script included in your head part. And try to delete the script include one by one to be sure you have no conflict with the imageslider script.

Also check you enabled auto-loop, since it will stay on the first image if disabled. Also add the controls, e.g. prev/next and 1 2 3 4 . Click on those to test if the transition is working. Then at least you know it's a mootools or script problem and not a functional problem with your settings. I've installed this and used the code both as CE and using is manually/separately in a custom template and it works.
