I don't understand sorry. It is already translated but badly? or it isn't in Russian yet?

The extension "helpdesk" was made by Acenes, but i have no idea who any translators were.

There can be only one translator. And therefore language always exist.
therefore i want to contact the translator

p.s.: In Contao 3 may be several translators.

I didn't know that, I figured it would be open to all.
I don't know how you would find out the translator sorry.
Hopefully someone will see this post and know.
You could always enquire in the German forums too http://www.contao-community.de (its a much bigger community)

You may be confusing Core Translation with Module Translation ????
