Default How do I use my own template?

After a few search, this wiki page is the only one I found

    http://dev.contao.org/projects/typoligh ... mTemplates

I read to the part that says

Using the template as page layout

Now, we have to include the template into TYPOlight. I am going to modify the existing default layout instead of creating a new one. Please log in to the back end and open module page layout.
But there's no module page layout to be found anywhere in my back end. I looked at the screen cast and my menu somehow doesn't look the same. Under my "Layout" menu I have
    • Themes[/*:m:1rik7q4c]
    • Site Structure[/*:m:1rik7q4c]
    • Templates[/*:m:1rik7q4c]

So my question is, after I have the tpl file, where do I go from there? How can I use it?
