localconfig.php file has suddenly started to disappear?

I have a site for a customer with TYPOlight webCMS 2.7.2 and this site has been running perfectly for several years now. The other day the site was down and I got an error message asking for the localconfig file, and when I looked for it it wasn´t there. I had a backup of the file and uploaded it again and everything was backk to normal. But tha same thing happend again yeasterday.... Is there anyone that can explain this?

Now it happend again. PLEASE HELP!!! I can´t keep on uploading the config file every day.

The localconfig.php file keeps on disappearing.... There must be some one in here that has a clue, or at least has some suggestions to what I can try?

In the 2 years or so I've been reading forum posts, I haven't heard of this one before.

Are you sure you don't have some sort of security issue? A malicious script or something?

Do you have access to any server logs?

I had a similar problem where the localconfig.php file got emptied (not erased, just emptied). The problem occurred when there was no available disc space on the server.
