I forgot to submit a reply back, just now spotted it when going over my posts.
The solution above does work, but does not validate for W3C. CHANGE
Code:
src="<?php echo $this->youtubelink; ?>&wmode=opaque">
TO
Code:
src="<?php echo $this->youtubelink; ?>&wmode=opaque">
and the code will validate.
This worked very well with a new site that used a frameset border around the YouTube video element. The border was breaking up in Firefox without this modification, but cleaned up immediately as soon as the fix was applied and a position: relative; z-index: 10; style declaration was added to the div surrounding the YouTube video.
Thanks for the tip!
