Sets a root folder point per archive which restricts the mount point for images, enclosures and newsgallery fields

This is a handy extension to allow you to restrict the base folder point for images, enclosures and newsgallery filetree elements. They will all take their root point as setup in the archive, where there is a news root folder setting.

I've updated this to include a root restriction for the new version 3.x. It restricts both the News Image folder and also files in the tl_content table as well under news.

PS. Ben, I've added a calendarroot extension as well.
