No active page for page ID

Is this problem solved or is it known what is triggering the issue?

I read some other threads on forum, even in German forum too, but I didn't find any clue what is the solution for this.

I try to add

IndexIgnore *

in .htaccess in root folder but nothing has changed.

Problem is happening for files and scripts inside folders: "system", "tl_files" and "plugins".

I check, it is happening i.e. when I click on some thumbnail:

Category: 	ERROR
User: 	
Details: 	No active page for page ID "tl_files", host "*****" and languages "" (******)
Function: 	PageError404 generate()
IP address: 	xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Browser: 	Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0)

No error is displayed in front end, and page is working fine, as I can see.

The only thing what comes up in my mind is that you have used an image on the page which doesn't exist no more??

This is typically happening when you have a file you moved, or if you installed a new contao version, like 3.0 where the locations of files have changes. These are typically Search engines, who trawl your website to compile the website preview, so they download all the related files.
