Contao Update error

I want to update my contao but I get this error. Can anyone help me?

Welcome in the Contao forum. You try to update from which version to which one ? You update manually ?

Just delete the file "/contao/update.phar.php" and retry the update process.

I have now version 3.0.6.

When and where did you get this error? You're performing the update via the Live Update Service, don't you? Usually, the Live Update Service should download that file again if it does not yet exist.

Yes i do it from live update but i don't get the file....... I get this error when i want to update.

Please try to download this archive and transfer the "update.phar.php" to the "/contao" subfolder in your Contao installation. Take care that you transfer the file in FTP binary mode otherwise you will get a "broken signature" error!

I did what you said, but I still get the same error.

Please check (or ask your provider) if the web server refuses external connections. If that's the case, then Contao may not be able to download this file.
