Formular mit EFG, Formcheck und Formee

Ich habe ein Formular mit EFG, Formcheck und Forme erstellt. funktionier alles prima, ausserd das die formcheck fehlercodes doppelt erscheinen.

Formee hat folgendes «form_widget.tpl»

Hat jemand eine Idee woher die doppelte Ausgabe kommt?
