Import email

I've Contao 2.11.11 and helpdesk 1.3.10
now I import email only accessing helpdesk in backend, is there some way to create a cron in order to work when someone access frontend or using cron (I've ssh access)

Hi,

there is a way to trigger the pseudo chron jobs from the front end or to run regular chronjobs.
Have a look here: it is even in English.
