Vielen Dank für diesen klasse Hinweis!
Ich hatte das Problem nun auch schon einige male mit Contao-Installationen bei all-inkl, wäre aber im Traum nicht darauf gekommen, daß der neue Firefox etwas damit zu tun hat. Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Wenn man die Web-Developer Erweiterung installiert hat, kann man recht bequem über die entsprechende Toolbar alle Sitzungs, Domain und Pfad - Cookies löschen. Danach funktioniert die install.php auch ohne Probleme.

Viele Einstellungsfelder verschwunden

Hallo,

hoffe, dass ich hier richtig bin.
Contao 2.9.5 (zuvor Upgrade von 2.9.1 auf 2.9.5) bei all-inkl.com. Habe alle Contao Dateien von einen Unterunterordner eine Ebene nach oben verschoben.
Im kas die Pfade angepasst, dann in der localconfig.php so wie immer. Alles läuft bestens, bis auf die Tatsache, dass im back-end unter System --> Einstellungen nur noch 4 Felder zu sehen sind (siehe attachment). Habe zwischendurch die Rechte der verschiedenen …config.php von 644 auf 777 gesetzt, hat nichts gebracht.
Eigentlich brauche ich die Frontendeinstellungen (URLs umschreiben). In welcher config Datei finde ich diese Einstellungen?

Könntest du testweise einmal das Installationstool aufrufen (setzt Pfade automatisch, falls da was nicht stimmt) und dann einmal einen System Check für die jeweilige Version durchführen?

in der localconfig.php habe ich folgendes eingetragen:
$GLOBALS['TL_CONFIG']['useFTP'] = true;
$GLOBALS['TL_CONFIG']['ftpUser'] = 'gleich ftp';
$GLOBALS['TL_CONFIG']['ftpPass'] = 'gleich ftp';

Von der contao-check.php bekomme immer noch die Fehler:
Create directory • Error Error creating directory "contao-check"
Create file • Error Error creating file "contao-check.txt"

Im kas habe ich rekursiv die Besitzrechte angeglichen. Die install.php läuft ohne Probleme.

Was mich wundert ist, dass zuvor alles normal lief und nach dem Upgrade diese Probleme auftauchen.
In welcher der config Dateien kann ich Frontendeinstellungen (URLs umschreiben) ändern?

wurden die PHP-Dateien im Quellcode angezeigt, es war somit durchaus
möglich z.B. Zugangsdaten zu Datenbanken auszulesen.

Sofern Sie PHP5 als CGI-Modul nutzen empfehlen wir Ihnen dringend, die
in den Scripten verwendeten Zugangsdaten zu ändern.
Ob Ihre Domain Aufrufe dieser Art hatte, können Sie nach Erstellung der
Statistiken (gegen 1Uhr) ihren Accesslogs entnehmen.

Sobald ein entsprechender Patch zur Verfügung steht werden wir diesen
in die PHP-Versionen einpflegen.

Wie muss ich die Domain einstellen?
Ich habe contao installier in:

root/contao/

In diesem Ordner liegt auch die index.php.
Lege ich die Domain aber in den Ordner sagt er "Page not found". Was tun??

Noch mal zur Erklärung:
Lege ich die Domain im KAS in den Root-Ordner geht sie natürlich nicht.
hänge ich aber an meine Domain von Hand den Contao Ordner (http://www.meinedomain.de/contao/), dann erscheint die Seite.

Ich habe nicht den blassesten Schimmer, wie ich die htaccess einstellen muss, dass es funktioniert. Ich dachte, nach der Installation auf den Webserver geht das alles von selbst ... aber weit gefehlt ;-)

Normalerweise braucht man an der .htaccess auch nicht rum zu schrauben.

In der Zeile muss der Punkt escaped werden

Mach die Weiterleitung auf eine andere Domain aber besser direkt im KAS, wenn das geht.

Du hast ja bestimmt einen eigenen Ordner für die Installation im Root angelegt. Die Domain dorthin zu führen ist richtig.

Wenn die Domain in dieses Verzeichnis zeigt, muss die RewriteBase folgendermaßen aussehen:
